What are the payment options available?

At the moment, we only accept bank transfers and PayPal payments.

Can I pay using PayPal without a PayPal account?

Yes. It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is required to pay via Paypal, but the truth is, you DO NOT need one. We just recommend it for the ease of use. Without a PayPal account, all you need is a debit account or credit card that is supported by PayPal.

How do I make payments using Paypal?

PayPal makes online payments fast, easy, and secure. Upon check out, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. Be sure to fill in the correct details for fast and hassle-free payment processing. After a successful payment, a payment advice will be automatically generated to cicg..ph system for your order.

Why must I make payment immediately after check-out?

To ensure that you get your order immediately, it is recommended that you make your payment via bank transfer within 48 hours or within the time frame provided by PayPal. After paying via bank transfer, be sure to email the transaction record to rcalaranan@cicg.ph.

How can I track my order and payment?

After payment, the status of your order will be emailed to you. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive another email of your order status. For orders via registered postage, a tracking number will be given to you.

How do I cancel my order if I change my mind?

You can email us in info@cicg.ph or rcalaranan@cicg.ph. However, please note that we cannot give a refund once payment has been verified.

How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make the payment?

You should receive your order within ten (10) to twenty (20) working days upon payment verification, depending on the volume received. If you experience a delay in receiving your order, please contact us immediately, so we can help confirm the status of your order.

How do you ship my orders?

If within Metro Manila, orders are delivered by our team.

Can I change my shipping address once I have checked out?

Unfortunately, you can only change your shipping address before confirming your order AND before making the payment. Once your order has been confirmed and paid, either via bank transfer or PayPal, the order will progress.

If you wish to change the shipping details before making the payment via bank transfer, kindly email us at info@cicg.ph or rcalaranan@cicg.ph and wait for a confirmation email before making the payment. Please note that any corresponding change in delivery fees will be emailed to you for confirmation, before the order is placed. From there, you can make the payment.

What happens in the event of unsatisfactory order or shopping experience?

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the way we handled your order, you may return the item within 7 (seven) days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges. How can I use my coupon code?

If you signed up to avail of our discount coupon, you will receive an email with the unique coupon code. Please not that you can only use this coupon once. To avail of the discount, please type your discount code in the space that says “ENTER COUPON CODE.” The discount will be automatically deducted from your order summary.
